Meet Our Team

At South Main Realty, experience, relationships, and results are at the heart of everything we do. Owners John Perkins and Joey Perry bring a combined 50 years of real estate experience. We have built a group of experienced professionals with deep roots in the local market and expertise across every major sector of real estate. Our team specializes in new construction sales, land acquisitions and sales, residential resales, commercial transactions, and subdivision development, providing strategic guidance from concept to closing.

Whether you’re purchasing your first home, selling a property, investing in commercial opportunities, or developing land for future growth, our team is committed to delivering knowledgeable service, clear communication, and results-driven strategies tailored to your goals.

Proudly serving Barrow County, Jackson County, Walton County, and Oconee County, along with surrounding communities, we combine local market insight with real-world development experience to help clients make confident decisions in a constantly evolving market.

At South Main Realty, we believe great real estate service goes beyond transactions—it’s about building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping move communities forward.
